The Company collects and stores the following information to better serve all members:
A. Information provided by members
The information required to become a member and the items collected when contacting customer service are as follows.

B. Information Collected When Members Use measurement Services
If a member uses his / her equipment to measure body composition and sends the test result to the ACCUNIQ App, the following items are stored.

Article 2 Purpose of collecting personal information and legal basis
The Company will process your personal information based on the following legal grounds:
A. Fulfillment of services
The Company will process the personal information necessary for the execution of service agreements with the Member.
① Information used to confirm intent regarding membership and account creation.
② Information used to identify users who are members and to prevent illegal use and unauthorized or harmful use of member services.
③ To provide a variety of services to our members, and process inquiries and complaints from members regarding use of the ACCUNIQ app, as well as to communicate announcements.
④ We collect the end user’s body composition information anonymously from ACCUNIQ app and we may also use it to improve our product and service.
B. Legal interests of the Company
The Company may process personal information necessary for furthering the legitimate interests of the Company.
① Information may be used anonymously for statistical analysis of usage pattern and frequency analysis and use of the ACCUNIQ app to provide customized service and promote new service development.
② Information may also be used to place advertisements related to your company or affiliate’s services on your screen.
Article 3 Period Retention and use of personal information
The company will destroy without delay the relevant personal information when the purpose of the collection of personal information is attained and member contact Privacy Officer by e-mail which want to withdraw the consent.
A. The Company uses the personal information of the user only for the period of providing the service. (i) If a user requests withdrawal or withdraws consent to the collection and use of personal information provided, (ii) if the purpose of collection and use is accomplished, and (iii) the term of use and retention is terminated, the personal information of the user is immediately destroyed.
B. The Company keeps personal information for the period prescribed by the following relevant laws and regulations, and never uses the information stored for other purposes.

Article 4 Procedures for Destroying Personal Information and Destruction Methods
The procedures and methods of destroying personal information retained by the company are as follows.
A. Destruction Procedures
The user’s personal information shall be deleted within a given period pursuant to the company policy and relevant statute after being transferred to a separate database when the collection purpose is attained.
B. Destruction Method
Personal information saved in digital files shall be deleted using technical means that disables their restoration.
Article 5 Rights of User
All users (legal representatives for children under 14 years of age) have the following rights:

C. Right to delete and revoke consent
① Members may delete their personal information at any time in “My page” or delete their account for withdraw their personal information collection and use agreement. Until you withdraw your consent, your consent will be deemed legitimate.
② Members can withdraw from the “Delete Account” menu of ” My page “. The personal information of members who have withdrawn shall be handled as specified in Article 3, “Privacy and Use Period”.
D. If you live in an EU member country, you have the right to file a complaint with the personal information protection authority
Article 6 Provision of Personal information to a third party
The Company will not provide your personal information to any third party unless there are special regulations in the relevant laws and regulations.
Article 7 Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and action methods
The company shall take action immediately when a user requests, via email, its personal information manager to review, amend or destroy personal information belonging to the user or child aged 14 or under.

– The company stores personal information and customer data using Privacy Shield certified company for efficient and safe data management.
② Execution of contract with information entity
– The company operates a service in Korea where the headquarters is located, and no legal entity is established in the EU. Therefore, the transfer of personal information to Korea is inevitable for normal service. Unless you agree, the service is not available.
